You have installed the program, but your TV is not showing. Why?

1. If you have a local area network at home with a router (router), make sure that it supports IPTV. See the instructions for setting up your router.

2. Almost all firewalls such as Agnitum Outpost and Kaspersky Internet Security block IPTV (multicast) by default, as they consider it to be an attack. In general, it is necessary to enable the IGMP protocol (protocol for managing connections to multicast groups) in the system rules and allow the player any TCP activity (for downloading channel and TV listings) and UDP activity (directly for IPTV).Make sure your security software (antivirus / firewall / firewall) is not blocking the IP-TV player program.
