Radiation mobile phones especially affects the child's body, which is associated with insufficient development of their immune system and causes great harm to the child's brain. Since his brain cells have just begun to develop and receive the information he needs, and radio waves destroy the cells of the cerebral cortex and brain, impede blood circulation, and also cause high blood pressure and a decrease in the number of red blood cells. But as we see, according to the survey, children have mobile phones already in the first grade, and it is not yet known whether they are in kindergarten ?! We decided to investigate this issue. After a conversation with the director of the gymnasium Menyaytseva T.V. we learned that even children of younger groups kindergarten cell phones are available. Why should children at such an early age have phones and what do their parents think about when buying them mobile phones ?! Our parents also do not know what SAR is and when buying phones do not pay attention to it.

Cell phone. A cell phone is safe only if you treat it wisely. Based on the above facts, you can compose simple rules on using a cell phone. DO NOT hang your phone around your child's neck, put it in your bag, and don't keep your phone in your inside pocket or in your pants pocket. Children and adolescents need to limit the time they use their phones. Minimize conversations in poorly connected areas. Use headsets. Any headset partially removes some of the radiation from you. Remember that the maximum radiation power of the cell phone during the connection establishment, that is, in the first three seconds. When buying a phone, pay attention to the SAR, the lower the SAR, the safer the phone is for humans. The SAR value indicated in the passport and should be in the range from 0.28 to 1.5 W / kg.

And I really want to dwell on an important issue - telephone etiquette. Because we all live in a society in which it is necessary to respect not only ourselves, but also other people. Therefore, we urge all cell phone users. "Respect each other and follow simple rules of etiquette!" It is necessary to turn off your personal mobile phone in cases where the use of radio communications can endanger the lives of other people (aircraft, operating medical complexes, etc.). Refrain from using a mobile phone while driving. Following elementary standards of decency, it is necessary to turn off the phone or put it into silent mode at performances, film shows, concerts, in museums and exhibition halls, during ceremonies, rituals and schools.

Slide 2

Arguments about the harmful effects on human health. What are the arguments in favor of the version about the harmful effects of phones on human health? Interesting is the opinion of a group of scientists from the UK and Scandinavian countries, which identified the risks of using a mobile phone under the leadership of the Finnish woman Anna Lakola. She, incidentally, is one of the world's leading researchers in the field of radiation protection. Scientists examined 1,500 people with brain cancer. Also, 3.5 thousand healthy people were checked, and every tenth of them used a cell phone for more than 10 years. The researchers concluded that one should talk on a cell phone no more than twice a day. Otherwise, there is a risk of earning a brain tumor in five to ten years.

Slide 3

By the time of the creation of the first cell phones, the electromagnetic radiation power permissible for a person was already well studied and entered into the American (1992), European (1995) and Australian (1998) standards. The State Committee for Sanitary and Epidemiological Supervision of Russia developed such standards in 1995, and in 1998 the International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP) gave its recommendations.

Slide 4

The fact is that even lethal levels of radio emission are practically not felt by humans. What can we say about small doses, characterized by non-thermal effects on the body.

Slide 5

The impact of cell phones was studied on human models that imitated the structure of his skeleton and soft tissues, heat and electrophysical parameters (heat capacity and electrical conductivity, dielectric constant, etc.). On mathematical models studied the effect on the whole body and on individual organs, blood and even cells.

Slide 6

It turned out that radio emission can change the structure of the protein in the worm and cause malfunctions in the frog's heart; Temporarily and slightly increase blood pressure in a person, as well as make him feel dizzy and drowsy; Deteriorate memory in rats, but at the same time improve intellectual abilities in humans. In general, the results were often conflicting. It was not possible to detect a tangible effect on the body, but it was not possible to prove the opposite.

Slide 7

Cell phone in the hands of a teenager. Today, many schoolchildren practically do not part with their mobile phones. They wear them around their necks, on their belts, and they constantly talk. Moreover, often the call can be heard in the classroom, which greatly interferes with its conduct, distracting everyone. During the lesson, some children have a desire to send SMS messages “unnoticed” for the teacher. Sometimes you even have to collect annoying "cell phones" and put them on the teacher's desk.

Slide 8

Slide 9

But few parents and schoolchildren think about the fact that a cell phone can pose a threat to health. But in the press you can often find articles warning about the dangers emanating from the "mobile phone". Journalists talked about this topic with many experts.

Slide 10

According to scientists from the Russian Center for Electromagnetic Safety, the consequences are not completely clear, but it is known for sure that electromagnetic radiation affect the brain on the increase. Therefore, a cell phone should not be used by patients with epilepsy and predisposed to this disease - the radiation of the cell tube can provoke an epileptic seizure. Experts recommend that children and adolescents under 16 do not give a phone in their hands!

Slide 11

Using a cell phone while driving. It has been found that drivers who drive a car with one hand while holding a telephone handset in the other have decreased attention. Talking on the phone increases the risk of an accident almost 4 times! In many countries, including Russia, laws have been passed prohibiting car drivers (and sometimes cyclists) from using phones on the go, and this requirement even applies to cars standing in a traffic jam or in front of a red traffic light.

Slide 12

However, statistics show that cell phones in cars often save lives by making it possible to promptly call for help in case of accidents. Do not forget how many lives the phone saves in case of earthquakes, collapsed buildings, etc., when a person can call and tell him exactly his whereabouts and what state he is in.

Slide 14

Questionnaire questions: Name of the student Do you have a mobile phone? Is there an Internet connection on your phone? If so, how much time per day are you on the Internet (in hours)? How much time (in minutes) does it take you for one phone conversation? How much time (in minutes) per day do you talk on the phone? Are there any cases when you communicate at night on the Internet? If so, how often do such situations occur? Highlight any health problems that bother you: sleeplessness at night, sleepiness during the day, headaches, heart pains, decreased vision, frequent fatigue. How do you rate your health on a five-point scale? (0 - very bad, 1 - bad, 2 - 3 - satisfactory, 4 - good, 5 - excellent).

It is no longer possible to imagine a world without mobile communications. According to the Association of Manufacturers of Cellular Telecommunications Systems, the number of mobile subscribers is increasing by 46 thousand people daily and by 2010 will exceed 1.25 billion. In Russia, the number of subscribers is approaching 22 million.

Introduction From the above, we can conclude that if you do not know how to use mobile phones correctly, you can seriously ruin your health. Therefore, the topic of our work was: "Study of the harm of mobile phones to human health" The purpose of the work is to prove the harm of mobile phones to human health and to give recommendations for the safe use of mobile phones in Everyday life person. The subject of the research is the harm of mobile phones. Tasks: to study and analyze scientific literature on this topic; to conduct an experiment reflecting the effect of mobile phones on human health; to develop an algorithm for the correct use of mobile phones in human everyday life.

Harmful novelties of the XXI century Many have heard about the adverse health effects of televisions, computers and microwave ovens. But in recent times one more techno novelty has been added to these devices - a cell phone. What does a person need to know in order to keep up with the times and without harm to health?

Slide Description:

Immune system stress Users cellular communication more often than others they complain of headaches, drowsiness, and become irritable. All these signs are characteristic of vegetative-vascular dystonia. In addition, under the influence of electromagnetic fields generated by a cell phone, a so-called immune system tension reaction occurs in the body. In America in the early 90s, a very unusual process was won. The lawyers were able to prove that the cause of death of the woman suffering from a brain tumor was precisely the use of a mobile phone.

Slide No. 6

Slide Description:

Take care of your head! A mobile phone is in close proximity to the brain and eyes at the time of operation. The radiofrequency waves generated by the tube are absorbed by the tissues of the head, in particular, the tissues of the brain, the retina of the eye, the structures of the visual, vestibular and auditory analyzers, and the radiation acts both directly on individual organs and structures, and indirectly, through a conductor, on the nervous system ". Scientists have shown that, penetrating into tissues, electromagnetic waves cause them to heat up. Over time, this adversely affects the functioning of the entire body, in particular, the work of the nervous, cardiovascular, and endocrine systems.

Slide No. 7

Slide Description:

Mobile phone does not allow you to sleep Even the most ordinary idle mobile phone, if it just lies next to your bed, can prevent you from sleeping. The fact is that the radiation of a mobile phone, even in an inactive state, negatively affects the nervous system, disrupting the normal alternation of sleep phases. According to experts, electromagnetic radiation with a frequency of 900 megahertz, created by a modern cell phone, can interfere with natural radiation generated by living cells ( the frequency of which is also in the range of 800-1,000 megahertz). Consequently, this radiation can cause certain disruptions in the work of the nerve centers that regulate the functions of the body - for example, the alternation of sleep and wakefulness or the alternation of the phases of REM and slow sleep.

Slide No. 8

Slide Description:

Cellular communication is bad for children! Doctors say that the reason is low-intensity electromagnetic radiation, which can penetrate into the less massive and thinner skull of the child. This radiation affects brain rhythms and can harm the child's immune system, which is in the process of development. The effect of electromagnetic radiation is similar to radio interference, the radiation disrupts the stability of the cells of the body, disrupts the functioning of the nervous system, causing headaches, memory loss and sleep disturbances. There is already research on the effect of mobile phone calls on brain function, the development of tumors of the auditory nerve and ear diseases. The influence of cellular communication is especially harmful for the growing organism. The smaller the child, the higher the danger.

Slide Description:

Experiment We conducted an experiment on the harm of mobile phones to human health. After interviewing 100 mobile phone owners, we found that people who use their phone for more than 10 minutes a day experience discomfort and side effects... 54% of respondents - felt heating of the skin behind the ear when talking with a mobile phone, and some claimed that they have burns. 10% of respondents - had memory lapses, dizziness, headache and increased fatigue. And the rest of the respondents experienced drowsiness. , blurred vision, attention

Slide No. 10

Slide Description:

Here's what you need to know: 1. Children under the age of 16, as well as pregnant women, are better off not using cellular communications at all. 2. One conversation should not last more than three minutes, the break between calls should not be less than 15 minutes; 3. Better to use a hands-free headset or write an SMS. When we hold the receiver close to the ear, the head and the phone form a single electromagnetic system, the effect on the brain is very strong. And the cerebral cortex is an organ that reacts especially sharply to electromagnetic fields. If the phone is in your hands, on a belt or in a purse, the effect of radiation from the mobile is reduced many times.

Slide Description:

Conclusion Our Ministry of Health issued hygienic requirements back in July 2003, in which it is recommended to restrict the use of cell phones by persons under 18 years of age. - This is the only one legal document, which we now have. The only pity is that it is impossible to control its implementation, and even more so to prohibit children from calling on their mobile phones, - comments Oleg GRIGORIEV, Director of the Center for Electromagnetic Safety, Deputy. Chairman of the Russian National Committee for Protection against Non-Ionizing Radiation. - Our committee suggested writing on the boxes for cell phones the same warning about possible harm to health as on packs of cigarettes. We were not heard. Now, it seems, the problem is beginning to be realized.
