How to customize Internet Explorer

1. Make sure you are using exactly Internet Explorer... If your Internet version Explorer is lower than 10, then you need to run the 32-bit version (to do this, open the C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Internet Explorer folder and run the iexplore.exe file).

If you have operating system Windows 10, make sure you don't open Microsoft browser Edge, which has a very similar icon to Internet Explorer.

2. It is necessary to add ETP addresses to Trusted sites.

• In Internet Explorer "Service" - "Internet Options" ("Browser Options"); go to the "Security" tab;
• select "Trusted sites" ("Trusted sites"); press the button "Sites" ("Sites");
• uncheck the box below “For all nodes in this zone, server verification (https :)” is required (not all ETPs work over a secure https: // connection);
• enter the ETP address (via http and https) into the line “Add the next node to the zone”;
• insert the site url, after the double slash // put *. and the site address. The entered address should take the form "http: //*.kontur.ru/";
• click the "Add" and "OK" buttons.

3. For the "Trusted sites" zone, enable the use of Active-X controls.

• in Internet Explorer "Service" - "Internet Options"; go to the "Security" tab; highlight "Trusted sites"; press the button "Other ...";
• in the section "Active-X elements and plug-ins" check "Enable" for all parameters.

4. Download and install CAPICOM-KB931906-v2102.

5. In IE 9 and above, errors may occur that can be resolved using the compatibility mode (Go to Browser Options - Tools / Compatibility View Mode Options / Add Site Address).

Note: this General settings for all ETPs. On some sites, it is necessary to install additional components (for example, the CRiptoPro EP browser Plug-in) required for the site to work correctly.

Installation instructions

To set up your computer to work with electronic signature need to use Electronic Signature Wizard.

Full and custom installations are available in it. During the custom installation process, you will be able to specify the components to install or update. Complete installation does not imply such a possibility.

  Step 1. Installing the Rutoken software

  Step 2. Installing CryptoPro software

No reinstallation is required. Close the window by clicking " No", and in the next window - “ Cancel "... Skip this section of the instructions and proceed to the next step.

  

  3. If the software has not been installed yet, follow the instructions.
  In the window that appears, click "Install (Recommended)". After successful installation, restart your computer

  

  4. If you need to change the installation parameters, select " Additional options". Then click Next.

  

  5. Familiarize yourself with License agreement CryptoPro and select "I accept the terms of the license agreement." Then click Next.

  

  

  7. In the window for choosing the type of installation, select "Typical" and click "Next".

  

  8. The program is ready to start installation, click "Install".

  

  9. The process may take several minutes. When the installation is complete, click Finish.

  

  10. Installation of the Crypto Pro CSP program is over.

  Step 3. Installing the Owner's Personal Certificate

  1. Run the application CryptoPro CSP: Start -> All Programs -> CryptoPro -> CryptoPro CSP.
  In the CryptoPro properties window, go to the Service tab, on this tab, click the "View certificates in container" button.

  

  2. Make sure that your personal email identifier is connected to the USB port of your computer, and click the "Browse ..." button.

  

  3. In the next window, select the key container located on the Activ Rutoken lite 0 reader and click the "OK" button.

  

  

  5. In the window that appears, click the "Install" button.

  

  6. If required, enter the Rutoken PIN. In the next window, click the "OK" button.

  

  7. Installation personal certificate completed.

  Step 5. Installing the Capicom plugin

  Step 6. Installing Crypto Pro EDS Browser plug-in

  Step 7. Configuring Internet Explorer Browser

  1. Launch Internet Explorer (version 9.x or higher).

  2. From the main menu, select "Internet Options" from the "Tools" menu.

  

  3. In the settings window that appears, go to the "Security" tab and select the "Trusted sites" zone to configure security settings. Set the security level for this zone to "Low"

  

  4. In the input field, enter the following address "*. Site" (without quotes), uncheck "All sites in this zone require server verification" and click "Add" and then "Close".

  

  5. Back in the Security tab, click the Custom button.

  

  6. In the options of this menu, you must enable all the elements and plugins ActiveX and click "OK". In the notification that appears, you must agree to accept the changes by clicking "Yes".

  

  

  7. When you return to the main settings window, go to the "Privacy" tab, uncheck the "Enable pop-up blocking" box.

Description

When working with an electronic trading platform (ETP), one of the errors occurs:

• "Your computer is missing or incorrectly configured tools for working with EDS. Please contact the supplier of your certificate and cryptographic information protection tool."
• "Error! The CAPICOM library could not be loaded, possibly due to low permissions on this local machine."
• "CAPICOM object not installed"
• "The object cannot be created by the object programming server"
• "Your browser does not have permission to use ActiveX objects"

Solution

If an error appears on EETP roseltorg.ru and you are not working in Internet Explorer (IE), make sure that "CryptoPro Browser Plug-In" is specified in the plugin selection.

If you are using Internet Explorer below version 9, please make sure 32-bit IE is running. On 64-bit IE, capicom doesn't work.

You need to make the following Internet settings Explorer:

1. Add ETP addresses to Trusted sites.

In Internet Explorer "Tools" - "Internet Options" - "Security" tab;

Select "Trusted sites" ("Trusted sites"); - button "Sites" ("Sites");

In the section "Active-X elements and plug-ins" check "Enable" for all parameters (for IE 6 - "Allow").

3. Install and register the capicom.dll library.

Download the file

Copy the capicom.dll file to the C: \ WINDOWS \ system32 folder (for Windows XP, Vista, Win7 - C: \ WINDOWS \ system32 \ regsvr32);

Click the "Start" button and select "Run";

In the "Run Program" window in the "Open" field, type or copy: for Windows XP, Vista, Win7 - C: \ WINDOWS \ system32 \ regsvr32 capicom.dll

Click OK.

Library registration can be prohibited by local access rights policy. In this case, you need to contact your system administrator.

4. Check certificate status

Go to the "Rutoken Control Panel" - the "Certificates" tab

Highlight the certificate - the status of the certificate must be "Valid"

Possible errors: "The certificate is not reliable" / "The revocation status could not be checked" or "", follow the solution from the instructions.

5. Check the rights to the capicom.dll library

Open the directory C: \ Windows \ System32,

Find capicom.dll,

Right click "Properties" - tab "Security" - "Advanced" - "Change Permissions".

Find the current computer user in the list, check the status in the "Permissions" column. If different from " Full access"- select a line, press" Change. "Check the box" Full access ", save.

If, when saving, a message about insufficient rights appears - go to the "Owner" tab, Change, select the current computer user, try to re-assign "Full Control".

6. As a rule, you need to use a browser to participate in the auction. Internet Explorer 6.0 and higher. In IE 9 and above, errors may occur that can be resolved using the compatibility mode ("Browser options" - "Tools" - "Compatibility view mode options" - add the site address.

These are common settings for all ETPs. Some sites require additional components to be installedrequired for correct operation.
