  1. On the main page of the ETP, without entering your Personal Account, click the "Participants" section and the "Registration" button in the drop-down list.
  2. Click on the "Select" button opposite the item "Registration of a participant user (new electronic signature certificate)" and on the right select one of the buttons:
    - "Submit application" - to add a new user.
    - "Bind certificate to registered user" - to renew the certificate of an existing user.
  3. In the form that appears, select a new certificate and click "Fill in the registration form".
  4. Fill in the form fields. If you add a new user, then the login must be different from the previously used one.
  5. Click Sign and Submit.

After completing these steps, you can immediately enter the ETP with a new certificate.

USP Sberbank-AST (utp.sberbank-ast.ru)

  1. Log in to your ETP personal account using your login and password or a valid certificate that allows you to enter. If you do not remember your username and password, use the button "Forgot your password?" on the login page for password recovery. If you do not remember the data, then use instructions on site.
  2. Select the section "Personal account" and in the drop-down list the button "Register of representatives".
  3. Click the Change User Certificate Data button for the required user.
  4. In the required field, upload the public key file of the new certificate and click the "Sign and Save" button.

  1. On the main page of the ETP, without entering your Personal Account, select the "Participants" section and in the drop-down menu click on the "Power of attorney registration" button.
  2. Fill out the form in which you need to specify a new username and password.
  3. In the last field, select a new certificate and click on the "Submit" button.
  4. Within an hour, a letter will be sent to the mail, in it follow the link and specify a new username and password to enter.

After completing the actions indicated in the methods, it will be possible to immediately enter the ETP with a new certificate.

RTS-Tender

The procedure for the Participants when working with users of the organization depends on whether the Participant's organization is registered in the Unified Information System.

- The participant is registered in the EIS

After the Participant is registered in the UIS, the actions to add users of the organization are performed by the Participant in the UIS Personal Account.

- The participant is accredited on the site, but not registered in the EIS

Actions to add a user are carried out on the Electronic platform. To add an electronic signature to a Participant who is not registered in the EIS:

  1. Open the main page of the RTS-tender and select the section "44-FZ", then the section "Participants";
  2. Click on the section "Add user" or go to the section "Accreditation" and click on the link "Submit a request to add a new user to the organization", which is located under the button "Continue registration";
  3. The form "Application for adding a user" will open. In the "Certificates" field, click the "Select from the list" button. Select your certificate and click "OK". The data specified in the certificate will automatically fill in a number of fields in the "Application for adding user" form;
  4. Fill in the required fields marked with "*";
  5. Click the "Submit" button and confirm the action with a certificate. An application for adding an electronic signature is approved automatically within 20-30 minutes.

  1. On the main page of the ETP, without entering your Personal Account, click on the "Registration" section.
  2. Select the "Add new EDS" button.
  3. Click on the "Organization user" button, select a new certificate and an organization from the list.
  4. Fill out the form in which you need to specify a new username and password, and click on the "Submit for consideration" button.

After completing these steps, you can immediately log in with a new certificate.

  2. Fill out the form in which you need to specify a new username and password, select a new electronic signature and click on the "Send" button.
  3. If the message "A user with such a certificate has already been registered" appears, then click on the "Continue" button
  4. Fill out the form and select the "Sign and Send" button
  5. A confirmation letter will be sent to the e-mail specified in the application, you need to follow the link in it and enter your username and password. The application for adding an electronic signature is approved within an hour after the confirmation of the mail.

2 way

  1. Log in to your ETP personal account using your login and password or a valid certificate that allows you to enter. If you do not remember your username and password, use the "Password recovery" or "Remind password" button on the login page. If you do not remember the data for recovery, then use the instructions on the site.
  2. In the "My Account" section, click on the "Change electronic signature" button.
  3. Select a new electronic signature and click the "Sign and Send" button.
  4. On the new page, check the box "I confirm the change of roles" and click the "Sign and send" button.

A fact known to all administrators is that after adding a computer or user to an Active Directory group, to update group membership and apply the assigned rights / policies, you need to restart the computer (if a computer account was added to the domain group) or re-log into the system (for the user). This is because AD group membership is updated when a Kerberos ticket is generated, which occurs at system boot and when the user logs on.

In some cases, a system reboot or user logoff is not feasible for production reasons. And you need to use the acquired rights, access or apply new policies right now. It is possible to renew the membership of an account in AD groups without rebooting or re-registering the user in the system.

Note... The technique described in this article will only work for network services that support Kerberos authentication. Services that only work with NTLM authentication still require user logon + logon or Windows reboot.

The utility can reset the current Kerberos tickets without rebooting. klist.exe... Klist has been included in Windows since Windows 7, for XP and Windows Server 2003 it is installed as part of the Windows Server 2003 Resource Kit Tools.

To flush the entire Kerberos ticket cache of a computer (local system) and update the computer's membership in AD groups, run the command from a command prompt with administrator rights:

klist -lh 0 -li 0x3e7 purge

Note. 0 x3e7- a special identifier indicating the session of the local computer (Local System).

After executing the command and updating the policies, all policies assigned to the AD group through Security Filtering will be applied to the computer.

As for the user. Let's say a domain user account has been added to an Active Directory group to access a file share. Naturally, the user will not have access to the directory without re-login.

Let's reset all the user's Kerberos tickets with the command:

To see the updated list of groups, you need to start a new command line window and through so that a new process is created with a new security token.

Let's say an AD group was assigned to a user to provide access to a network directory. Try to refer to him by FQDN name (for example, \\ msk-fs1.winitpro.loc \ distr) and check that the TGT ticket has been updated:
