Automatic start Office programs that you use every day by adding a shortcut to your Windows Startup folder.
Windows 10 or 8
Open a dialog box Start Windows (Windows key+ R).
Copy the following path in the Run dialog box and press the key Input.

Copy (Ctrl + C) the program shortcut, and then paste it into the AutoLoad folder that you opened in step 2.
The application will automatically start the next time you start your computer. If you need to remove the program from startup, remove the shortcut from the Startup folder (steps 1 and 2).
It happens that when installing new program through an oversight you did not disable the startup option at system startup. Or they simply decided that henceforth you will use less often the previously necessary software. The result is one - now you need to remove the program from the so-called "autorun" Windows.
Startup (autorun) contains a list of programs that automatically start working from the moment they start operating system... Many of them are required for Windows to function correctly. You may not even be aware of the existence of some. But it so happens that startup is clogged with unnecessary programs, the removal of which will help your computer boot up much faster. There are several ways you can do this below.
Through the built-in system utility msconfig
To start it, you just need to perform a few simple steps: in "Start" select "Run" and enter the command "msconfig" (without quotes) in the window that opens, click "OK".
The "System Configuration" window will open, in which you need to find the "Startup" tab. By going to it, in the column titled "Startup Items" you will be able to see a list of all programs that your system launches automatically. If you want to cancel this action, just uncheck the box next to unnecessary program... But you should be careful: if this or that name just seems suspicious to you, then this is not a reason to remove the program - perhaps this is an application necessary for the system. Cancel autostart only those programs in which you are one hundred percent sure.
After making the necessary amendments and clicking "OK", you will be prompted to restart the PC - this is necessary for the changes to take effect.
This method can be called the safest, because if you suddenly change your mind or realize that you have removed something you need from autorun, you just need to go back and put a checkmark in front of the program name.
Through the register
To access the registry, we still turn to "Start" and, choosing "Run", enter the command "regedit" without quotes. For Windows 7, enter the command in the Start Search form, or simply press the Win + R key combination. Click OK.
Now you see the Registry Editor in front of you. Go to the following path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Run. In the destination folder, you will see all the programs contained in the startup, as well as their location on the computer. In order to remove an unnecessary parameter, right-click on it and select "Delete".
Use this method only if the others are definitely not suitable for you, because the changes made in this way to the registry are irreversible.
Through the folder "Startup"
You may be able to get by with "little blood" using this method. Go through the following path: "Start" - "All Programs" - "Startup". In this folder, you will see shortcuts to programs that start at system startup. If there is one among them that you would like to get rid of, just remove its shortcut.
There is another way to access this folder: select the drive on which you have the operating system installed (usually drive C) and go to the following path: Documents and Settings \ All Users \ Main Menu \ Programs \ Startup.
By the way, knowing about the existence of this folder, if necessary, you can easily perform the opposite action - add a program to startup that you would like to continue to run along with Windows.
Using third-party utilities
