5) How to close a frozen application
A hung application may "prevent" you from restarting your PC. If your computer (laptop) does not restart and you want to calculate it to check if there is such a frozen application, then it can be easily calculated in task manager: just notice that it says “Not responding” next to it (see Figure 9).
Remark! To enter the task manager, hold down the Ctrl + Shift + Esc (or Ctrl + Alt + Del) buttons.
